Federal, State, & Local Regulations & Visual Impact Policies:

These are for Your Protection, My Staff’s Protection & Visual Impact’s Protection.

  • Entrance & Lobby areas of Visual Impact are under video and audio servelience at all times.
  • Doors are locked for the safety of both our customers and our staff. You will be buzzed in. Please remove hats, hoods, sunglasses, etc. in order to be buzzed in.
  • Visual Impact reserves the right to refuse service to any one for any reason. We ask managers, staff, and customers to always be polite and courteous. Please no cursing, swearing or loud and obnoxious behavior.
  • You must wait a minimum of 24-Hours between sessions. Visual Impact recommends 48 to 72 hours between sessions for most people.
  • Eyeware:
    • Every customer must have eyewear that is FDA approved.
    • If the eyewear is made for strings, the strings must be attached; Sunsets, Sun Globes, and similar eyewear may only be used in lay-down beds.
  • Exposure Times:
    • are based on bed exposure schedules, level of existing tan, skin type, and our Tanning Times Calculator.
    • We reserve the right to reduce exposure times.
  • We do not recommend tanning for pregnant women. Please consult with your doctor if you think you are pregnant.
  • Check with your pharmacist if you are taking any photosensitizing substances.
  • Only one person is allowed in any room at a time.
  • Kids:
    • Visual Impact is not responsible for unattended children.
    • Kids are not permitted in tanning rooms at any time nor can young children be left unattended in the lobby.
  • Returns:
    • Tanning lotions & hair products may be returned within 30-days of purchase and for credit only.
    • Skincare, makeup, nail products and/or supplements are not returnable.
  • Packages:
    • are non-refundable.
    • expire one year from the date of purchase.
    • tanning packages may be shared but the person who purchased the package is the only one who may designate others to tan on that package.
  • People, 16 and older may tan.
  • People 14 and 15 may tan with parental consent. A parent must come in initially to sign a release before 14 & 15 year olds may tan.
  • People under the age of 14 are not permitted to tan.
