Visual Impact memberships, are by far the best value and offer tanners who tan regularly, most of the year, a cost effective way to tan. We offer basically, two types of membership options. Prepaid Memberships and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Memberships.

Benefits for being a member include:

• Tan in our 3-Facial, 32 or 34 Lamp, Level-1, medium pressure beds with no additional fees!
• Always get 20% OFF on Australian Gold, Designer Skin, California Tan and Swedish Beauty tanning products . . . Always! If we have a sale on lotions for Guest Tanners, our VIP Members get will get an additional 20% on top of the discount that Guests get, up o a maximum of 50%.
• VIP Members always receive 10% Off on all other retail purchases, like hair products, skincare products and even makeup which is sold at our Clive location.
• Upgrades into our High Pressure and/or High Performance beds and standups are always available at two for the price of one.

EFT Memberships are like “budget billing” for tanners. Typically, most people tan the most in spring and summer, and they tend to tan less during the fall and early winter months. With an EFT Membership, you pay the same, low monthly fee all year long no matter how much you tan. The details:

• Monthly Membership fees are automatically, deducted on or about the first of each month in the amount of $19.88 for Silver VIP Memberships or $42.50 for Gold VIP Memberships, plus state & federal taxes. It is a convenient, pay-as-you-go plan.
• The month you join, you pay a one-time setup fee of $20 (which may be waived for new customers joining on their first visit to Visual Impact) plus a prorated amount of about 66¢ per day through the end of the month. If you join after the 28th of the month, you will also pay monthly dues for the next month. We do not require you to pay any additional month(s) when you sign up, nor do we require you to give us a 30-day notice to quit. As long as you sign the cancellation form on or before the 28th of what is to be the last month you wish to tan, you will not be billed for the next month. If you sign the cancellation on the 29th or later, you will be billed, and you can tan, for one additional month and then it would stop.
• If you wish to avoid paying the setup fee to join again later, you may “freeze” your membership at any time for up to nine months instead of canceling. There is a $5 monthly charge that is credited back to your account when the membership is reactivated. See Visual Impact for details.

Prepaid Memberships give you all the benefits of being a member with Visual Impact without any money automatically being transferred out of your account each month. You pay the entire cost of the membership, for the term you want, up front. The membership runs consecutively, and there is no freeze option nor is there any setup fee. The following Prepaid Memberships are available for tanning in our Level-1 beds with all the benefits listed above:

Guest Tanning

A Guest Tanner is anyone who is not a VIP-Member at Visual Impact. We offer guest tanners a full range of options, including:

1. Single sessions are available for one-time, guest tanners. Prices range from $9 up to $27.
2. Packages for guest tanners are valid for one year from the date of purchase. These are ideal for people who tan sporadically, since they offer you flexibility and time to use up the package. To tan for the maximum time allowed, it takes 1-Tan to tan in our Level-1 beds; 2-Tans to tan in our Level-2 beds; 3-Tans for a Level-3, and 4-Tans for a Level-4. If you do not tan the maximum time allowed, the tan will be prorated according to the amount of time you tan. For example, our Level-1 bed has a max session time of 20-minutes; if you went in that bed for 10-minutes, your package would be charged only ½ of a tan. If you went for half of the maximum session in out Level-4 bed, your package would be charged 2-Tans, etc.
   
   Packages start at $26 for a four tan package, and go up to $227 for a fifty tan package. Watch our calendar for some great sales on these guest packages.  You can also get information about our sales on Facebook, Twitter and Linked In.   Packages may be shared among two or more people, but the person who purchased the package is the only one who can set up a sharing arrangement.
3. Student passes, prepaid up front, allow Level 1 tanning during the period of time they are valid. These are available for anyone with a valid student, photo ID. We offer a 30-Day Student Pass for $29, and a 7-Day Student Pass for only $9.95. Sharing of a pass is not allowed, so you must show your Student ID to purchase these, and every time you come in to tan. You may upgrade to higher-level beds, but there are no discounts on these upgrades.
4. Buddy Passes, also prepaid up front, allow two people to tan on our Level-1 beds for 30-days for only $40 total for both of you. You may upgrade to higher-level beds, but there are no discounts on these upgrades.
