AirBrush Tanning: For people who want to look tan but cannot or do not wish to tan naturally with UV-light! Your airbrush tan is manually applied by one of our hair & spa professionals. Remember, airbrush tans offer no protection from burning nor do they produce the Vitamin-D, which you get naturally from UV-light.

UV-Free AirBrush Facts

• Appointments are needed for Air Brush tanning and we ask that you prepay for your appointment when booking. Cost is $45 plus tax.
• Quick Tan: Can be applied in about 15-minutes and gives you an almost instant tan. Because of drying time, allow at least 30-minutes for your appointment.
• Reaches Maximum Color in about 24-hours.
• Lasts normally, between 4 to 7 days. The length of time that an airbrush tan lasts, will vary from individual to individual, but the life of your airbrush tan can be extended if you properly exfoliate your skin before receiving the service, and by using a good quality, daily moisturizer. Activities, like swimming in chlorinated pools will cause your tan to fade faster.

What to do and what to expect!

• Exfoliation: You should exfoliate your entire body regularly, using a quality exfoliation cloth & exfoliation scrub. This will insure a soft, smooth, healthy skin that will optimize your skins ability to receive your airbrush tan. Be sure your skin is properly exfoliated when you come in for your appointment. Visual Impact has complete skin care exfoliation kits and we offer a variety of body treatments that will keep your skin radiant. Ask our Spa Technicians for details
• Shower on the day of your service using the shower gel from Amber Sun. Your skin must be free of oils & lotions on the day of your service.
• Wear loose fitting clothing to your appointment and bring a swimming trunk/bikini bottom with you to receive your service in.
• You cannot shower for at least 4 to 6 hours after your appointment. You cannot do anything to cause you to perspire during this same time period, as this will cause runs in your airbrush tan.
• When you do shower, you will notice a brownish color in the water; don’t be alarmed. This is the water-soluble dye washing off. By waiting 6 hours, the DHA bronzers (self tanner) will have bonded with the skin to give you a nice, even UV-Free tan.
